  • Original or certified copy of certificate of incorporation
  • Original or certified copy of memorandum & articles of association
  • Board of Directors resolution to open an account in MTDB( Stating names &number of signatories to sign)
  • Original & photocopy of national identification card or passport of the directors& signatories (original to be availed for verification)
  • Latest two colored passport size photographs
  • A letter of introduction from MTDB ACCOUNT HOLDER(Application letter)
  • Alien certificate of registration(in case of foreign national)
  • Trade license from chamber of commerce
  • Taxation certificate
  • Office of residential/ rent (contract of rent)
  • Source of income certificate
